American Gem Society Has Announces the 2012 Circle of
Distinction Honorees!
Mark Moeller, CGA, owner of R. F. Moeller Jeweler is among
those being
honored by the American Gem Society (AGS) at its Circle of
Distinction
Dinner, which will be held in New York City, this July.
“The Circle of Distinction Dinner is one of the highlights
each year for
the Society, and we’re especially excited about this year’s
event,” said
Ruth Batson, executive director and CEO of the AGS.
JCK magazine senior editor Rob Bates and Mark Moeller CGA
will be
presented with the Triple Zero Award along with The Bridge
Family
of Ben Bridge Jeweler will be honored with the prestigious
Lifetime
Achievement Award.
The Triple Zero Award signifies the highest grade a diamond
can
receive in AGS nomenclature ~ this award was established to
recognize
members of the jewelry industry for their accomplishments
and
contributions.
This is not the first time Mark Moeller CGA, has been
honored by the
AGS. Mr. Moeller was honored in 2006 with the Robert M.
Shipley
Award. The Robert M. Shipley Award is conferred for
significant
contribution to the science of gemology and for exemplifying
the high
purposes, objectives and ideals of the American Gen Society
in the
member’s own community.
